Fantastic CL everything you want a 5 van site to be with the added bonus of a shower & loo if you need it. Lots of lovely footpaths and lanes to walk on and most of the time you won't see a soul. Great pub within 10 mins walk, supermarket in 15 mins drive for the stuff you forgot to pack. You'd be hard pushed to find a better little site than this, go on book it but leave space for us as we will be back!

Just a quick line to thank you for providing us with a peaceful base for our
recent break in Norfolk. The site is lovely, the weather was brilliant and the
friendliness of everyone around made it a really enjoyable break.
Thanks and best regards

On day of arrival site was lovely and clean.Very rural site lovely and quiet except for the pheasant. Lovely village pub just up the road, serving good food. Alison and Richard were available at any time if needed but left you to enjoy your stay. Also fresh free range egg's from their own hen's on sale. Our dog Polly loved the large field our caravan was on as she could stay outside on her long lead all day. This is a well recommended site and we will be returning back, just a shame the weather was wet.
Many Thanks for a lovely stay.

Even though the weather was awful with torrential rain, We still had a lovely stay once again with Alison and Richard at Spring Meadow Cl site, We joined Anniversary celebrations of fellow campers who had been coming back year after year and felt very much a part of a great `Spring Meadow` community created by the wonderful hospitality of Alison and Richard who go that extra mile to make sure everyone feels really welcome.
We even sampled the delights of Alison`s `Cream Tea` on the afternoon we left and if her plans for a tea room at Spring Meadow take off, we will indeed be back to camp plus hopefully enjoy a very tasty Afternoon tea.
Many thanks once again and see you very soon.
Best Wishes, Lynne and Martin

This being our first ever trip out in our newly acquired rather ancient caravan, we didn't want to travel too far from home (Swaffham) and decided on a visit to Spring Meadow. We were absolutely delighted with the whole time spent there. Easy reach of the North Norfolk coast, the broads, etc. The site was wonderfully tidy and clean. Richard and Alison were extremely helpful, Richard being very knowledgeable about caravans and helped us enormously when it came to putting up the awning! We can't wait to pay a return visit, hopefully sometime in September. Thanks again to Richard and Alison.

We have been staying at this site for many years. Can highly recommend it. Quiet, peaceful and very friendly. Lots to see and do in the area, excellent base for the Broads, Cromer and Sheringham. Always a friendly welcome from Alison, Richard and family. Can't wait to get back to our second home!

We have just had our second visit to this lovely peaceful site in the heart of the countryside with only the sounds of nature around us. We know Norfolk well and find that there is always something new to see and do. A trip out to see the seals is a delightful experience especially if the weather is good and of course there is plenty to do in Sheringham and Cromer. If you are amember of the National Trust there are two beautiful propertys very close (Felbrigg and Blickling Hall) as well as some a little further afield. The historic town of Norwich is within easy reach either by bus from Aylesham or by car with park & ride available. We especially enjoyed our meal at the Crown and cups of tea and delicious homemade cakes at Woodside Garden Centre in their new tearoom called Purdys. We would recommend this site to anyone who likes the peace and quiet of a CL site with friendly helpful owners.
Thank you Alison and Richard

Spring meadow is a lovely welcoming site to visit and after a long journey it was nice to see some friendly faces in the form of Richard and Alison. During our stay we got to know them exchanging a friendly hello and stopping for a chat whenever we saw them on site.
The local area has a lot to offer, we spent many hours walking the local footpaths. We have some lovely meals out, even taking advantage of the discount at the crown for site users! On our last day we were feeling a bit adventurous so took to the sea on a seal boat and had a whale of a time!
In short Spring Meadow is a great little site with all the facility's you could want (even fresh free range eggs on sale), Richard and Alison are lovely people who made us feel more like friends that visitors and to top it all off £12 per night is a bargain for all of this!

We have just experienced a really lovely weekend Staying at Spring Meadow campsite in Colby, Norfolk.
Such a lovely warm welcome from Alison and Richard Hall in a truly relaxing environment. Usually we don`t go back to a campsite but would definitely make an exception in the case of Spring Meadow Campsite.
For those seeking a smaller CL site that is quite peaceful with back drop sounds from chickens and horses and the odd wood pigeon then this is the site for you. The shower and loo servicing the 5 sites is immaculate.
I was also able to view Alison and Richard`s other accommodation, their holiday let `The Hen House` a one bedroom cottage and can thoroughly recommend it.
Thank you Alison and Richard for making our weekend so great and going that extra mile!
Can`t wait to go back ;-)))
